By accessing or using the DrB360 application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

DrB360 is an AI-powered conversational agent designed to provide support, guidance, and information related to mental health and addiction. It is intended for informational and supportive purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.

4. No Medical Advice

DrB360 is an artificial intelligence tool. It does not provide medical or clinical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. The information provided by DrB360 should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are in crisis or believe you have a medical or mental health emergency, please seek immediate professional help or contact emergency services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to DrB360 or its affiliates or agents. 7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DrB360 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall DrB360, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DrB360 and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
